Side Biter Chassis was representing in the USRA Championship Race over the weekend at Lakeside Speedway (Kansas City, Kanas) with Nic Bidinger leading the charge.
Friday’s event started with a last row start by Bidinger in the heat race, but still resulted in a heat race win with a last lap pass. Via passing points Nic started second in the feature and netted a qualifying feature win with Terry Phillips and Jeremy Payne in tow.
Because of the qualifying feature win Friday and starting three rows wide, Nic started second row inside for the USRA Championship Race, 40 lap feature event on Saturday evening. By lap 4 Nic was following Jessie Sobbing in 2nd place and maintained this position until about half way when first Terry Phillips, then Rodney Sanders took to the high side and slipped by. For the rest of the race Nic ran in the fourth position, and that's where he crossed the finish line behind race winner,
Rodney Sanders, Jessie Sobbing, and Terry Phillips.
